This Privacy Policy explains how Skyrise Structural (“Skyrise,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit skyrisestructures.com or otherwise interact with our services. Skyrise is a licensed California specialty contractor headquartered in Orange County, California.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide. When you submit our intake form, request an estimate, upload plans, or otherwise contact us, we collect the information you share — typically your name, email address, phone number, project address, project type, timeline, budget range, and any documents you choose to attach.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we automatically log basic technical details such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, time on page, and referring URL. We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality and aggregated analytics.
Public records. As part of our market research, we may consult publicly available information — including building permit records and assessor records — to understand project activity in the regions we serve. We do not link this public information to individual site visitors.
2. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to inquiries and qualify projects for our pipeline;
- Prepare estimates, contracts, and project documents you have requested;
- Operate and improve the site, including analytics and performance monitoring;
- Communicate with current and prospective clients about projects, scheduling, invoices, and service updates;
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our legal rights.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade it with marketers.
We share information only as needed to operate our business — with the service providers listed below, with our licensed subcontractors when a project is engaged, or when required by law (subpoena, court order, regulator request).
4. Service providers we use
- Vercel — site hosting, performance analytics (privacy policy)
- Supabase — database and authentication for the client portal and admin tools
- Resend — transactional email delivery for intake confirmations and project updates
- Stripe — payment processing for milestone invoices (no card details touch our servers)
- Google Search Console — search-traffic analytics
5. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality (such as remembering your portal login) and for aggregated, non-identifying analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the site — including the client portal — will not function without them.
6. Data retention
We keep intake form data for as long as a project remains active, plus a reasonable period afterward for tax, accounting, warranty, and dispute-resolution purposes. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form per the retention defaults of our analytics providers (typically 14 months).
7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards — encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted-at-rest databases, role-based access control, and least-privilege credentials — to protect the data you share. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
8. Your rights — California residents (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you and the sources, purposes, and recipients of that information;
- Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions (e.g., active project files, legal records);
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information — though, as noted, we do not sell personal information;
- Non-discrimination — we will not treat you differently for exercising your CCPA rights.
To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. We will verify your identity before responding and will reply within the 45-day window required by California law.
9. Email communications
You may receive email from Skyrise as part of an active project, an inquiry you initiated, or — if you opted in — periodic updates from us. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribe requests within ten business days.
10. SMS communications
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through our website forms, you consent to receive SMS messages from Skyrise Structural regarding estimates, appointment scheduling, project updates, service reminders, and customer support. Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with our company. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us directly. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
11. Children
The site and our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, for material changes that affect existing clients, we will give reasonable advance notice.
